Mini Prawn Burger

Summary
Packed with prawns, lemon and herbs, they are light and fresh in flavour. They take around 10 minutes to make and are delicious!
Ingredients:
4 batch bread rolls
12 medium prawns (deveined)
2tsp lemon juice for marinade
1 garlic glove, crushed
Salad, to serve
4 tbsp Roast Garlic Jam

Cooking Method

  1. In a bowl, put prawns, lemon juice, roast garlic jam and crushed garlic. Mix well and leave aside to marinade for 5 mins.

  2. Heat a griddle pan and cook the prawns. 3 minutes on each side would be sufficient.

  3. Place your bun, add salad, then place the prawns. Add more roast garlic jam, for extra flavour.

  4. Place the other half of the burger bun on top and serve warm.
