Perfect for afternoon tea, this meringue serving suggestion goes perfectly with a nice hot drink or a glass of fizz.
400ml double cream
Pre-made vanilla cheesecake
Mini Meringues
Raspberry Fizz Jam
150g fresh raspberries

Cooking Method

  1. Whisk 400ml double cream until soft peaks begin to form, add to the top of a pre-made vanilla cheesecake.

  2. Delicately press the Cottage Delight Mini Meringues on to the top of the cream.

  3. Drizzle with around 2 tablespoons of warmed Raspberry Fizz Jam and add 150g fresh raspberries.
