Perfect for afternoon tea, this meringue serving suggestion goes perfectly with a nice hot drink or a glass of fizz.

Ingredients

400ml double cream

Pre-made vanilla cheesecake

Mini Meringues

Raspberry Fizz Jam

150g fresh raspberries

Method

Whisk 400ml double cream until soft peaks begin to form, add to the top of a pre-made vanilla cheesecake.
Delicately press the Cottage Delight Mini Meringues on to the top of the cream. Drizzle with around 2 tablespoons of warmed Raspberry Fizz Jam and add 150g fresh raspberries.
