Ingredients:
320g ready rolled puff pastry sheet
Sugar (to serve)
8tbsp Lemon & Lime Curd

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7.

  2. Cut pre rolled pastry into eight equal squares.

  3. Place each square within a cupcake dish, folding in slightly the four corners of each pastry. Cook until golden brown.

  4. Spoon in a tablespoon of curd to each pastry. Cook for a further two minutes. Sprinkle with sugar to serve.
