- Just 3 ingredients, a simple lemon curd recipe, easy and fun for children to make or a quick pudding solution for the whole family!
- 320g ready rolled puff pastry sheet
- Sugar (to serve)
- 8tbsp Lemon & Lime Curd
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7.
Cut pre rolled pastry into eight equal squares.
Place each square within a cupcake dish, folding in slightly the four corners of each pastry. Cook until golden brown.
Spoon in a tablespoon of curd to each pastry. Cook for a further two minutes. Sprinkle with sugar to serve.
