This Japanese-inspired curry is real comfort food with its fried, breaded chicken and silky smooth sauce.
4 breaded chicken fillets
6tbsp Katsu Curry Paste
100ml plain yoghurt
50ml coconut milk (optional)
Basmati rice

Cooking Method

  1. Cook breaded chicken in the oven at recommended packet instructions.

  2. To create the sauce, in a pan add yoghurt and curry paste and stir through. To create a milder sauce, add in the coconut milk. Once chicken is cooked, slice into thin pieces, serve on top of cooked rice and top with your sauce.
