Beat together 200g of vanilla butter cream with 1 tablespoon Pure Clear Honey.
Using ½ teaspoon of butter cream mixture, sandwich together 2 Mini Meringues.
Repeat with remaining meringues and butter cream. Serve with a dusting of icing sugar.
