- Victoria Plum Chutney

Lay a pork chop on a chopping board, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Rub the seasoning into the meat and cook in a griddle pan on a high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly.
Add 2 tbsp. coleslaw to a lightly toasted ciabatta roll, add the cooked pork chop and top with 1 tbsp Victoria Plum Chutney. Close and serve.
