Gourmet Mustard Cheese on Toast

- Bring a little luxury to this family favourite with just a couple of added ingredients.
- Ingredients:
- 50g bacon lardons
- Two thick slices of crusty bread
- 90g grated Wensleydale cheese
- 2tbsp Spicy English Mustard Sauce
Cooking Method
Add 50g bacon lardons to a heated frying pan and cook for 10 minutes until crispy.
Lightly toast two thick slices of crusty bread. In a bowl mix 90g grated Wensleydale cheese, 2tbsp Spicy English Mustard Sauce for Cheese and the bacon lardons.
Spoon half of the mix onto each slice of toast, spread evenly and grill until the cheese is melted.
You may wish to add more Spicy English Mustard Sauce and the bacon lardons once cooked.
