Fudge Brownies

- Ingredients:
- 175g Unsalted butter
- 3 Medium eggs
- 250g Caster sugar
- 75 g Plain flour
- 1 Bag Cottage Delight All Butter Creamy Vanilla Fudge
- 175g Dark Chocolate
- 40g Cocoa powder
Cooking Method
Preheat oven to 180⁰C/160⁰C fan, gas mark 4. Grease and line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper and leave to one side.
In a glass bowl, add butter and chocolate and gently heat over a san of boiling water. Leave to cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together until thick and creamy. Then add the slightly cooled chocolate mixture and fold in until combined.
Sieve the flour and cocoa powder and fold into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into the tin and push fudge pieces into the mixture so its still visible.
Bake for 25 minutes and leave to cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
