Cheesy Pastry Swirls with Spiced Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney

Ingredients:
1 packet ready rolled puff pastry
250g cooked ham
250g Cheddar cheese
½ jar Spiced Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney
1 egg

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas 7.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry.

  3. Grate the Cheddar cheese.

  4. Spread the Spiced Tomato & Caramelised Onion Chutney across the sheet of puff pastry making sure you get an even coverage, top with the ham and grated cheese.

  5. Slice pastry into 2cm wide lengths and roll each length into swirls.

  6. Place each swirl side upwards onto a non-stick baking tray and wash the top with beaten egg. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden on the top.
