Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas 4.
Line a deep 9 x 9 inch baking tray with baking paper and grease with butter.
Break the cooking chocolate into small pieces. In a microwavable mixing bowl, microwave the butter and cooking chocolate, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until evenly melted.
Add in the sugar and beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and salt and combine well before stirring in the chocolate chips.
Spread approximately 2/3 of the mixture into the baking tray and spread the Charming Cherry Curd over the top.
Layer the rest of the mixture over the curd, ensuring the curd is completely covered. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
Cut into portions and allow to cool before serving.
