Breakfast Trifle

Start your morning with this easy to make, but beautifully indulgent breakfast trifle.


• 440g granola

• 12 strawberries, washed and quartered

• ½ pineapple, chopped

• 500g Greek yoghurt

• 1 jar Original Strawberry Whole Fruit Jam

• 2 tbsp Pure Acacia Honey

  1. In eight cup size glasses (old small jam jars are perfect) layer the granola, fruit, yoghurt, then one tbsp of Original Strawberry Whole Fruit Jam and repeat until the jar is full and top with a dollop of yoghurt.
  2. Dress with fruit, a drizzle of Pure Acacia Honey and fresh mint to taste. Simple.
