1/2 banana, mashed
45g rolled oats
150g natural yoghurt
2 pecans, chopped
1/2tsp cinnamon
2tsp Juicy Blackcurrant Jam

Cooking Method

  1. Layer the ingredients in a sealable bowl or jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Garnish with extra sliced banana or more nuts if desired.
