- - 1 whole wheel of Brie
- - 1 Jar Bacon B’am
- - 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Cooking Method
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F), Gas 4
Prepare the Brie:
Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking tray or in a small oven-safe dish.
Leave the rind on—it helps the cheese hold its shape and adds texture.
Top the Brie:
Spoon the savoury jam over the top, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over the jam.
Optional: Add fresh thyme or rosemary for an herby touch.
Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the Brie feels soft and gooey in the centre.
Serve:
Carefully transfer to a serving board or dish.
Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, or slices of warm baguette.
