1 small onion, chopped
3 rashers of bacon, chopped
3 pork sausages, thickly sliced
400g chopped tomatoes
220g kidney beans, drained
1 small red pepper, diced
50g breadcrumbs
200ml beef stock
2 tbsp olive oil
3tbsp Nutty Brown Sauce

Cooking Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas 6.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and cook the sausages and bacon for 5 minutes, or until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. Add the onion and pepper to the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes, or until soft. Return the sausage and bacon to the pan and add the chopped tomatoes, stock, kidney beans and Nutty Brown Sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.

  4. Spoon into an ovenproof dish. Top with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden. Serve.
