- For the Brandy Crème Fraîche:

- 200g Boozy Brandy Butter
- 100g icing sugar
- For the Caramel Chocolate & Hazelnut Cheesecake:
- 200g cookies or digestive biscuits
- 120g melted butter
- 300ml double cream
- 650g cream cheese full fat
- 120g icing sugar
- 4tbsp Caramel Chocolate Spread
- 60g sour cream
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate for grating
