Our Stem Ginger Biscuits are gluten free, with a deliciously buttery biscuit taste just like a traditional biscuit - you wouldn't even know they are gluten free!

These melt-in-the-mouth, gluten free biscuits are studded with stem ginger pieces and are deliciously warming and spicy.

The judges said 'An attractive golden artisan appearance, good even bake, we enjoyed the snap, the balance of sweetness and ginger and were particularly enamoured of the lingering gentle ginger flavour.'

INGREDIENTS: Salted butter (from Milk) (34%), Oats* (34%), Gluten free flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Sugar, Ginger (11%) (Ginger, Sugar syrup, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Salt), Golden syrup (Partially inverted refiners syrup, Sugar cane), Pasteurised whole egg, Baking powder (Anti-caking agent: Mono calcium phosphate, Corn starch, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate), Thickener: Xanthan gum. May contain traces of Nuts, Sulphites and Soya. *Oats used in this product are gluten free and have been specially produced, prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.
