We use a combination of plump peaches and Indian jolakia naga chillies to create a lip tingling hot sauce with fruity flavour.

Stir through cooked pasta or use as a fiery marinade for steak or chicken.

INGREDIENTS: Peaches (26%), Tomatoes, Onions, White wine vinegar, Sugar, Water, Cornflour, Salt, Garlic purée, Concentrated lime juice, Dried naga jolokia chillies.

Must Have Multi-Purpose Hot Sauce! from timbonda
This sauce is an absolute belter on numerous levels, and is a must have for your condiment arsenal.

Comprising peach as the primary base gives a lovely natural sweetness that allows the Naga to initially approach from the flank before it wallops your tastebuds, leaving a sustained warmth on back of your mouth. It is a truly hot sauce, but there’s cleverness in the balance that enables it to serve many purposes.

Perfect for use in cooking and adds great flavour in a more subtle fashion when used to season pasta, stews and of course a chilli!

Also suitable as a very hot chutney for cheese, although ensure you’re using a very strong cheddar (or similar) that can work with it.
