INGREDIENTS: Salted butter (from MILK) (34%), OATS* (34%), Gluten free flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Sugar, Stem ginger (11%) (Ginger, Sugar syrup, Acidity regulator: Citric acid, Salt),Partially inverted refiners syrup, Pasteurised whole EGG, Baking powder (Anti-caking agent: Mono calcium phosphate, Corn starch, Raising agent: Sodium bicarbonate), Ground ginger, Thickener: Xanthan gum. *OATS used in this product are gluten free and have been specially produced, prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.
