This recipe was created from the spices used in a popular local curry dish combined with aubergine and mango.
Add deep, rich flavour to cheese paninis or stir through pilau rice.

- I bought this to use as a chutney, the label said to add to a curry !!! OMG best Curry ever, sweet and tasty I used Jamaican Curry Powder to spice up and a tin of coconut milk.
