Our creative jam makers spice the jam with star anise, cinnamon & ginger producing a delicious preserve that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. All our jams are traditionally handmade in open copper pans using only the finest ingredients and perfected in our Staffordshire kitchens, in small batches. Our Spiced Apricot and Vanilla Jam can be used to create delicious puddings and cakes or simply enjoy with fresh, warmed bread.
