Our Mandarin and Ginger Curd is a fresh twist on our traditional, and ever popular, ginger curd.
Lovely spread generously on hot buttered toast or use as a lightly spiced, fruity filling for sponge cakes.
Traditionally handmade in small batches using butter, our Mandarin and Ginger Curd can also be used to create delicious desserts and is especially irresistible when warmed and poured over a classic steamed sponge pudding, served with lashings of custard or fluffy whipped cream.
