Cottage Delight's Ginger Curd is made using the finest stem ginger pieces for a lightly spiced, textured spread.
Delicious at breakfast time on freshly baked bread or toasted muffins.
Lovely as a topping for cupcakes, or try as a filling for meringues and macaroons.
Traditionally handmade in small batches using butter, our Ginger Curd can also be used to create delicious desserts or pour generously over a classic, lemon steamed sponge pudding and serve with lashings of extra thick cream.
