Porcini Mushroom & White Balsamic Dipping Oil

The white balsamic vinegar is made with a blend of white grapes and white wine vinegar & cooked at a lower temperature to avoid darkening. It is light and fresh with a cleaner after taste and, when combined with the woody porcini mushroom, it makes for a rich, yet delicate gourmet dipping oil.
