Every effort is taken to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. Each order is picked and packed by hand and we endeavour to dispatch your items as soon as possible.

Tracking your Order
When you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming that your order is being dealt with and confirming your order reference number. We will then send you a second email to let you know when your package is on its way.
You will also receive a unique reference number allocated by the courier which will allow you to keep track of the delivery via the courier’s website.
Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be dispatched and delivered any time up until 6.00pm. 95% of orders are delivered within 3 working days of ordering (subject to stock availability and external forces beyond our control). If your order has not arrived within the estimated time then please contact our courier at www.apc-overnight.com quoting your unique reference number. Alternatively you can contact us and we will do our upmost to track the parcel and ascertain an estimated delivery time on your behalf.
In order to ensure safe delivery of all our orders we use a trackable courier service. The single prices below allow you to order as much as you like up to 20 kilos in weight to one private UK address.

95% of orders are delivered within 5-7 working days of receipt of your order for standard delivery, subject to stock availability and external forces beyond our control. We cannot make deliveries on weekends.

We offer a bespoke service for gift items including a personalised message free of charge.
All orders are sent by overnight courier with deliveries Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 8.00am until 6.00pm.
Our courier company will require a contact telephone number for the delivery address and a signature is normally required upon receipt for security.
If we are unable to leave your parcel satisfactorily then a card will be left providing contact details and how to track your parcel. Delivery will usually be attempted on the next working day. If you have specific delivery requirements or would not like your order to be left without a signature, please advise at the time of ordering.
Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours.
It is your duty to ensure that either yourself or your gift recipient will be available to accept any order. We will attempt to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect address information.
Please note We are only able to deliver to UK Mainland, excluding Northen Ireland.
Online orders cannot exceed 40kg in weight.
We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Incomplete or Inaccurate Address Information
All attempts will be made to deliver to the address and postcode as you have entered it. Cottage Delight are unable to accept liability for late or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information. Please ensure all address details are accurate and correct to ensure prompt delivery.
Please note we do not deliver beyond the United Kingdom mainland.

Returning an Item
Please Contact Us giving the reason for the return so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. We will need this in writing but a quick telephone call will also alert us to the situation. See Contact Us for our address details. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The United Kingdom’s ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ affords you the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Items must be returned in secure packaging and you must allow enough time for us to receive it within seven working days of the date it was delivered to you.
